Become an OCEM tutor

Do you want to make a difference in children’s lives?

Two women are having a serious conversation in a medical or physical therapy setting. The woman on the left is speaking passionately, with her hand near her neck, while the woman on the right listens attentively. The background includes exercise equipment.

Every child needs an education and access to social and emotional care. A shocking amount are out of school, due to difficulties in their personal lives or requirements for extra support. Persistent absence figures have more than doubled to 1.6 million since pre-Covid, and many of these absentees are vulnerable.

As an OCEM tutor, you’ll be increasing attendance and social agility by improving young people’s relationship with learning. Working with us allows you to have a rewarding and positive impact on young people’s futures and contribute to building a better society in which they can thrive.

We place value on matching tutors to children to ensure consistency and a rewarding outcome for both tutor and student. Our interview process is robust, hiring tutors who show commitment, integrity and passion in their role.

We require a high standard of professionalism, empathy and reliability with a strong focus on safeguarding to assure student wellbeing.

In return, we offer very competitive rates paid weekly, comprehensive insurance and access to a supportive community. Our dedicated team strives to create positive change in pupil’s lives and we’re excited to grow our impact.
